recital time

This is what's taking all my time lately....Recital stuff! This is my little guy and one of his friends from dance class. I made his costume, well at least the vest. We did the Professional Pictures today, tomorrow is the dress rehersal and sunday is the recital. I can't wait for it to be over!! we have been at dance class 4 nights a week for the last 3 weeks. After the recital its all over for the whole summer-thank goodness!

bear country field trip

We took the kindergarteners to "Bear Country" last week. They had a great time, but some of the parents need to learn some manners. We just about had a fist fight between several of the mom's who were chaperoning. Yikes! I was in charge of my son and another little boy-very well behaved if i do say so my self.
The fun we had was enough for me to buy a season pass for our family and we have already gone once and plan to go lots more times over the course of the summer.

may 1 blizzard

This is what happened on the first friday of may. The official total was 24 inches-with winds of some thing close to 70 MPH. The following day the high temp was in the 70's. Talk about your wierd weather!
